About artist: I am a mainly self-taught artist from Dublin. I have also attended drawing and art workshops at NCAD. I like to fuse contemporary art with pop art to create uplifting images. I mostly create very bright, sculptural-type layered paintings.  I have shown work in Outhouse, The Front Lounge, The Mac, Belfast, and in New York.
About artwork: Wonder Woman, recognized for her commitment to justice, peace and equality and is seen as a model of strength, fairness and compassion, becoming a symbol of empowerment for women and girls in much of the world. The painting is oil on canvas board, in a simple white frame. The painting combines brushwork with palette knife to give it texture.
