Rebecca is a artist and art educator from tullamore, Offaly. She was educated in Limerick School of Art and Design and UCD. She has taught visual arts in Ireland, Italy, USA and China.

She is the founder and director of Queer Arts Ireland, a visual archive showcasing LGBTQIA+ artist.
