About artist: I am a visual artist born and living in The Liberties, Dublin, Ireland. I am an emerging artist who works in the medium of oil, acrylic and watercolour painting. My work mostly interrogates and illustrates my immediate surroundings and local environment. My work speaks into themes surrounding the macabre, mundane and seeingly morbid situations of life, seeing the surreal and the abstract within the ordinary.
About artwork: Self portrait in oil i used the color's to make a version of my face that i picture in my mind, the color's show the blue and smile and frown show the mood i was in as i painted the piece
