About artist: Aisling Drennan is a London-based Irish painter. Recent highlights include work selected for Gordan Ramsay’s new restaurant in the Savoy Hotel, London & exhibiting at the Royal Ulster Academy’s annual exhibition. She received an Arts Bursary award from the Women’s Irish Network, London, was an artist in residence at Cill Rialaig Artists Centre, Co. Kerry & has been shortlisted for the John Moores painting prize. Drennan is a recipient of the RDS Freyer award for excellence in abstract painting.
About artwork: Skellig A-haon was created while completing an art residency in Cill Rialaig Arts Centre in Co. Kerry. This work is inspired by the rock formations and Skelligs of the area.
