About artwork: One of a series I am making referencing The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri. This work includes images of a morphed horse hide and simulated nerve tissue. The burning pearls embedded into the lining of the cloak reference Dante's experiences in Purgatory, Hell and Paradise.
