About artist: Adrienne studied Fashion Design in Dublin, followed by a career in Window Display + Design. She has been painting for many Years and has exhibited on St.Stephen's Green + has had two Solo Exhibitions. Working mainly in Acrylics/mixed media Adrienne's Work is almost always heavily Textured , this has been Her signature now for many Years. With inspiration from the sea featuring quite frequently, along with influences of Her favourite Island of Mallorca.Her work is hanging in Hotels and Homes from The Amalfi Coast to Australia and many Places in between. This is Adrienne's third Year to take part in The Outhouse Auction. The Artist likes to think of Her Work speaking to The Viewer on a Vibrational level + whilst each piece has its Own story, She loves to think of the Viewer finding Their Own story + element of escape in Her Work.
About artwork: From the new series "Pinewalking" this is a heavily textured piece on deep canvas. Rich shades of turquoise, sea greens + deep blues with touches of light reflecting shimmering gold. The piece was inspired by the sense of calm felt by The Artist as She sat looking out to Sea through the Pine Trees.
