About artist: Tadhg Ó Ciardha is a queer Irish artist whose work predominantly deals with themes of queer heritage and the history of mental health in Ireland. Tadhg currently primarily works in drawing and watercolour. In 2019 he received an Art Factory development grant from the Complex Dublin with Comorbid Productions. He is a member of the Aerach Aiteach Gaelach collective, creating artwork for their 2021 Fringe Show, "Idir Mise agus Craiceann do Chluaise." He has a degree in folklore and drama, and during his time at UCD, he studied drawing with the RHA and UCD Parity Studios. Tadhg has also collaborated with Cuala Group, Clare Sands and An FócloirAiteach.
