About artist: Pam is an artist based in Dublin working with charcoal, chalk, acrylics, watercolour and mixed media. She graduated with a degree in design in the 1980’s and has since been an explorer of figurative art, sculpture and painting. She has a deep love of storytelling, parables, myths and legends. Inspired by Tolstoy, C.S Lewis, Laurie Anderson and Nick Cave, she often uses language as a layer in her work. “When I paint, I like to step out of my own way and surrender the need to control the result and enjoy the process”.
