About artwork: ‘Never the Same’ is part of a series of recent artworks that examines the process of abstraction through a transition of narratives. A starting point for form, line and colour stems from memories and daily observations documented in note-taking and drawing. The surface of the paintings an arena for discovery as the ephemera of our daily existence plays out in all its uncertainties.
