About artist: Andrej Getman is a visual artist, originally from Klaipeda, Lithuania. Since 2005 he lives and works in Dublin. He holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degrees in Fine Art – Painting, from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. He explores the themes of urbanisation, socio-political injustice, LGBTQ+ & modern culture. His current research is based on targeted discrimination of the LGBTQ+ community in Ireland and across the world.
