About artwork: “Hot Spots” is a drawing based on the concept of social networking. Lines spread out and criss-cross to create ‘hot spots’ where they intersect, corresponding to areas of social activity in an urban environment. The use of fluorescent orange creates a sense of visual excitement of the buzz of living in a fast paced city. Work is conservation framed in limed Ash
